New OverLockian members, please check our inboxes, and accept our invites to become a new family member of OverLocked. (If we missed sending you an invite, please tell us, or go send a join request to the group if you were auto-accepted; we'll figure it out)


The following members are accepted on conditional terms that they will correct some stuff. (Yes, that means you get a note first though it will take a while to send out; please be patient in the meantime. You will not receive an invite until needed corrections/agreements are made.)








What is a conditional acceptance? 

• Basically applicants who are conditionally accepted are not full fledged members....yet. We will not allow them to join our group and skype chat as a member until these members have fixed and agreed to the terms of a condition that OL mods will ask to fulfill. This condition can be fixing the app and can vary. 
  
• Applicants who are conditionally accepted do not have a time limit of how long it will take to meet this condition requirement. However until the condition is met, their character will not receive any rewards, SP, EXP, or be able to access our features like the Skype Chat
• For short simple simple explanation, conditional accepted members are barred until they have met the required condition(s) to join OverLocked.

For those who got rejected, or just wonder how we judge all applicants. Here is our brief run-down:

• We do not accept/reject applicants based on art abilities. There is no art level requirement to be in OverLocked except that you can draw your character.
  
• There was a strict or lenient judging criteria that OverLocked mods used on checking over your application based on what was chosen in the survey, but this should not greatly affect your chances of getting into OverLocked.
• We do not accept/reject applicant characters based on ratios such as gender or race. OverLocked is not looking to even out the numbers here in the group, as eventually members make NPCs to balance the group.
  
• We judged on both applicant and character application.
  
• We do judge based on an applicant's behavior if any was found when interacting with the applicant. 
• Those who were chat active typically got rewarded just for swinging by the chat. 
• However if any comment or interaction was found, they were used in judging the applicant.
• If the character on the application must be able to fit the group by having the following criteria: 
  
• The application must follow specific guidelines such having a PG-13 design, limited yet descriptive powers and abilities, etc.
• The character must fit the world s/he came from.
• The character must have a purpose in OverLocked.
• The character should be able to interact in a group setting, and be able to interact with a variety of characters in the group.
• The app must be cohesive and put well together. 
• Thus grammar, punctuation, clarification, and elaboration was important.
• We wanted no contradictions or imbalances in personalities/bios, as apps could have been leaning too negative or positive
• We do a majority vote based on many criterion, and applicants may have not been able to get a majority vote needed to be accepted in the group due to various things missing or general behavioral reasons.
